David Silva is a Manchester City legend and the Spaniard spent a decade at the Etihad Stadium before he left the club to join Spanish La Liga club Real Sociedad last summer.

McAtee, 19, has scored 15 goals plus three assists for the Manchester City youth teams this season. He scored three goals for Manchester City during the UEFA Youth League (UYL) clash with Belgian side Club Brugge last month.

Liverpool target McAtee has 18 months left on his current deal at Manchester City and a big decision could be made on his future next summer amidst the interest from the Reds. McAtee is unlikely to stay at the Etihad Stadium unless he has guarantees over more playing time. He has been restricted to just 18 minutes this season from the Carabao Cup clash with League One side Wycombe Wanderers this season.
