The two Alexanders in the Real Sociedad combined for the first goal as Isak provided the assist for Norwegian international Sorloth to give Sociedad a dream start after seven minutes. Atletico Madrid barely laid their hands on their visitors till the end of the first half.
Atletico Madrid were stunned at the start of the second half by Sociedad just like what was obtainable with the first half as Swedish footballer Isak turned scorer three minutes after restart.
Real Sociedad eventually lost their two-goal lead thanks to the two goals from Luis Suarez as Atletico Madrid earned a point via a 2-2 draw. His second was a spot kick on 77 minutes after he was fouled in the box by Spanish midfielder Mikel Merino.
